Dear Gala Guests,

 

What an evening it was! Thank you for being part of the Gala of the Stars 2026. Your energy, warmth, and generosity turned the night into a true celebration of music, community, and everything Luzerne Music Center stands for.

  

We're so pleased to share that, once again thanks to you, we raised our target goal of $200,000 in support of scholarship assistance for our 2026 resident students. That kind of generosity is what allows LMC to award financial assistance to 65% of our students each year!

 

These funds do more than balance a budget. They open the door for the next generation of musicians, shaping their summer here and the artists they'll go on to become.

 

A Night to Remember

 

Between the extraordinary performances from our students, a special appearance by CEO and Artistic Director Elizabeth Pitcairn, and remarks from Kiono Thomas, Gala Committee Chair and Board Secretary, and Mike Conway, Chairman of the Board, the evening struck just the right balance of celebration and purpose. This year's program also included a lively live auction led by our guest auctioneer, Martin Seelye, who brought the room to its feet with his energy and wit.
