Admissions
Step 1: Begin your online application
Create an online account through Acceptd.

The application consists of the following sections:
-
Applicant/Caregiver Information
-
Musical/Education Background
-
Teacher Information
-
Audition
-
Financial Aid
Step 2: Upload audition videos
Record your audition videos. Auditions should be 8-10 minutes and representative of your best playing. You will also be asked to submit an introduction video, stating your name, how long you've played your instrument, and why you want to attend LMC this summer.

You may upload multiple videos to Acceptd, so the audition need not be all in one take. Auditions also do not need to be memorized. We ask that you adjust your camera so that the entirety of your instrument is in view.

Please reference the list of audition requirements below.
Step 3: Apply for financial aid
Luzerne Music Center aims to provide world-class music instruction for passionate young people in a summer camp environment, regardless of their financial circumstance. 65-70% of attendees receive support in the form of scholarships. Applying for financial aid will not affect your chance for admittance.

Complete the financial aid portion of the application, which is the last section of the online form. This will ask you quick questions regarding your income and expenses for the year, and will require you to upload a copy of your most recent tax form (1040 for U.S. citizens).
